Since all our GeniusBowtie’s are hand made individually per request, it takes 2 days to make, process and send it off. Allow an extra day for DHL shipment handling.
Standard delivery by DHL takes 3 – 5 days depending on your location.
Shipment costs are calculated basis weight of the package, shipping location, and other various charges. Each country has their own customs procedure, additional taxes and/or duties owed upon delivery that the you are responsible for, obviously.Mistakes can be made by third party shippers if this happens in any case, there is nothing we can do. We will do our utmost to help and rectify the situation but unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost packages due to mistakes made by shipper, see exogeneus factors. In order to minimize such incidents please state in detail your address, postcode and phone number. If the courier attempts to deliver your order, but is unable to do so for any reason, they may hold your order at a local depot or collection point. It is your responsibility to collect your bowtie or arrange a redelivery. Delivery companies usually hold on to the package for a few days while they try to contact you again, however this procedure may wary for each delivery company. If for any reason you did not follow up on you packge and the order is sent back to us and you wish for us to send the order back to you, you will need to repay delivery costs.
After you have placed your order, we will send you confirmation details with tracking number by email once the order has been processed and shipped.
How can i return my Geniusbowtie
We offer a 30 day return policy on all orders, 30 days after the product shipment date. If you have received a defective bowtie, best to take a picture first ” a picture is worth a thousand words” and email it to us, you can also write to us from our contact section. We will be happy to have a look and get back to you straight away. We quality check each GeniusBowtie one last time before we send it off to you. In any case, if need be returned, please return the bowtie in its original packaging as is accompanied by receipt. If the product shows signs of being used and torn sorry but we cannot issue a refund. Unless its our fault when you first received it, hence picture reference. Purchase shipment cost is on you, however return shipment cost is on us. We can not refund payment until we have received the bowtie and have it quality checked.
