The products you have ordered are sent to your address via Yurtiçi Kargo. The delivery time is the delivery time provided by Yurtiçi Kargo company after the delivery notification to the cargo to be sent following the order confirmation mail. This period may be extended for a maximum of ten days, provided the buyer is notified in advance in writing or with a continuous data carrier. Orders that you place until 10:00 on weekdays and Saturdays are delivered within 2 working days at the latest. In regions where the cargo company delivers once a week, there may be a delay in the specified day in cases such as inaccuracies and deficiencies in the shipping information, some social events and natural disasters. Genius Bowtie cannot be held responsible for these delays. If the product is to be delivered to a person / organization other than the Buyer, Genius Bowtie is not responsible for the extra shipping costs that may arise from the person / organization not accepting the delivery, inaccuracies in the shipping information and / or the Recipient’s absence. If the product / products did not reach the Buyer within the specified days, delivery problems should be communicated to Genius Bowtie by calling the customer service line.
In case of damaged package; Damaged packages should not be received and a report should be submitted to the Cargo Company official. If the courier company official thinks that the package is not damaged, the Buyer should ask for the package to be opened there to check that the products are delivered undamaged and to determine the situation with a report. After the package is received by the Buyer, it is accepted that the cargo company has done its duty completely. If the damage package has not been accepted and a report has been kept, the situation should be reported to Genius Bowtie as soon as possible by attaching a report to the e-mail address email@example.com, together with the copy of the report remaining at the Buyer.
